Dear Customers,
We are constantly working to make your shopping experience with us as convenient, fast, and enjoyable as possible. However, as the saying goes, nobody's perfect—and sometimes a mischievous little bug hides in our code. This can result in a broken button, a typo in a description, or a messy layout on your mobile screen.
Because we want to be 100% flawless, we need your eyes!
If you come across any glitch or error while browsing our e-shop, please don't keep it to yourself.
What might you run into?
Missing image or product description.
Product placed in the wrong category.
Grammatical or technical typo.
Inability to complete an order.
Display issues on either desktop or mobile.
How to let us know? Send us an email at office@mn-modelar.cz
Ideally, please include:
A brief description of what isn't working.
The link (URL) to the page in question.
Optional: A screenshot.
Thank you for helping us grow and making our e-shop a better place to shop!
On behalf of the entire MN-modelář team,
Filip K.
